There Comes a Moment When You Begin To Wonder if You or a Loved One May Need More Support Than They Once Did.

It can feel overwhelming, balancing their safety, independence, dignity, and your own responsibilities. The decisions are complex. The emotions are heavy. And you want to make the right choice.

I understand this deeply because I’ve lived it.

As part of the “sandwich generation,”

I navigated the challenges of managing my parents’ declining health while raising my own family and maintaining a career.

I experienced the late-night research, the difficult conversations, and the responsibility of coordinating care. Through that journey, I gained not only empathy, but a clear understanding of how confusing and fragmented the senior living landscape can feel.

With Over 7 Years of Experience in the Senior Living Industry and as a Certified Senior Advisor,

I founded Dwell Senior Advisors to provide families with what I wished I had during my own experience, steady guidance, trusted insight, and someone to walk alongside them through every step.

Today, I help families navigate independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and home care options with thoughtful, personalized support.

Wendy Was Warm, Charming, and The Perfect Choice

“Having lived in our Greenwich home for over 50 years, we are now in our early 80s and considering moving to a suitable senior community in our area. Wendy was the perfect choice to help us in this regard; not only does she know everyone in this field, she is also an extremely warm and charming person. We highly recommend her professional services.”

My Approach

My Process Begins With Listening.

I take the time to understand your loved ones needs, medical considerations, preferences, budget, location preferences and family dynamics. From there, I help determine the appropriate level of care and identify communities that truly align in culture, services, and environment.

With deep local knowledge and trusted partnerships throughout Connecticut, Westchester County, NYC, Long Island, and beyond, I provide insight that goes far beyond brochures and websites. I coordinate tours, help you ask the right questions, and remain a steady resource throughout the transition.

My goal is not simply placement.
It is peace of mind.

Qualifications & Community Involvement

  • Certified Senior Advisor
  • Active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter
  • Former Chair of the annual Celebrating Hope event
  • Organizer and advocate for community Alzheimer’s awareness initiatives
  • Co-chair of the Friends of the Wallace Center (Greenwich Senior Center)

On a personal note, caregiving has shaped me both professionally and personally. Family is central to my life, and I bring that same care, respect, and steadiness to every family I work with.
